Arrivy is designed to make businesses more profitable and their customers happier by automating coordination and communications. To that effect, we have introduced a new feature, “Bookings,” that allows customers to book an available time slot directly on a public booking calendar (essentially self-schedule), and an Arrivy task with the provided details and selected time is automatically created for the business. You can customize the criteria for time slot availability for each business location and job type. The public booking calendars can be shared with customers and internal sales/support teams to follow a consistent rules-based schedule.
The feature makes the scheduling process autonomous and instant, giving your customers a superior experience and allowing operations teams to focus on what matters.
To turn ON the bookings feature, please go to Settings -> Basic Settings and check the Bookings.
