Intelligent Tracking

Arrivy uses intelligent tracking to identify events that occur on a job–such as crew arrival and departure. All events–both Arrivy-generated and crew-supplied updates–are instantly available in Arrivy’s Activity Feed. Arrivy automatically finds Linked Appointment–chains of appointments done by the same crew members. Arrivy will alert your Scheduler/Dispatch, through the Activity Feed, of appointments in the chain that look like they will start late based on crew progress and distance between appointments.

The Arrivy API

The Arrivy API lets you integrate field crew coordination, automated communications (via SMS and email) and last-mile customer experience via the Enterprise applications you use today. Enterprise systems are kept in sync with REST API integration. And, the API was designed to get you up and running quickly.

You can pick and choose integration elements. Have your own calendaring and task-management tool? Arrivy can work with that. Customer lists? Employee contact lists? Presentation Layer

Arrivy provides it’s own UX for monitoring tasks, viewing crew members on a map, events associated with a task (start, stop, cancel, etc) and the customer’s view of a job. But, if you need to integrate these elements with your own app or UX, you can use our SDK and application components and integrate them into your own pages. These pages can carry your own branding and styling.

Template Customizations

Arrivy captures all the information associated with a task. Some of this information–such as arrival times–are captured automatically. Other pieces of information are included by “status buttons” triggered by crew members on Arrivy mobile or desktop apps. Arrivy’s powerful templating system allows administrators to establish which templates are used for a given job and customizations for the status buttons within that template. This makes it straightforward to employ different templates for different kinds of task, such as estimates.
