Arrivy & Workday

Workday is a comprehensive Payroll and Employee Management Platform. The integration allows Arrivy to send actual work, non-work, and travel times to Workday, automating the time and attendance reporting process and enabling businesses to effortlessly calculate and manage payroll for each individual.

Connecting Workday and Arrivy

The following are required to integrate Workday and Arrivy:

  1. Employee IDs: Employee IDs in Workday 
  2. Username, Password & Service URI: Please contact your Workday Admin to provide you with a username, password, and Service URI (API Endpoint) for Workday <> Arrivy Integration.

Input Employee ID in Team Profiles

In Arrivy, go to the Teams tab. Inside each Team Member Profile, there will be an Employee ID field. You can input the Workday Employee IDs here so that an Employee account in Workday can be tied with a Team Member profile in Arrivy. This ID will be used to map hours report from Arrivy to Workday. 

Workday Verification

Once you enter the Workday Employee ID of all Team members in Arrivy, go to Settings > Apps & Integrations, Navigate to Workday, and click on Install.

Enter the Username, Password, and Service URI that you received from Workday in the respective fields and click on Verify.

The Synchronization Settings allow you to dictate the time intervals for Arrivy to send data to Workday. Synchronization time is used to set daily synchronization triggers in conjunction with the Trigger interval time zone. We recommend daily synchronization settings after the end of work hours, but feel free to adjust the setting according to your preference.
