The Account Details Settings page contains basic information on your company and supported social media sites. It is broken into 3 sections.
- Company name
- Introduction used in some communications
- Business Type: The Business Type is used to set the default set of status buttons used by the field to communicate progress
- Business Details: Business info
- Default Color: Used as a highlight color in emails
This section includes basic support and contact information as well as the company time zone. If you are using Arrivy’s Route Planning feature, set your Depot location(s) in this section. A depot is typically the location where company vehicles/equipment depart-from and return-to.
Social Media Settings
The Social Media Settings contains the information needed to specify the social sites you’d like to encourage customer to post to. They include Facebook, YELP, Angie’s List, Google and Thumbtack. Icons for the sites that you specify will appear to customers that rate you 4 or 5 stars.
